- Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

- Items without a smokeriseny.com invoice or a packaging slip.
- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging.
- Special price items with "Final Sale" badge.
- For hygienic reasons, these items are Final Sale: Washed or Worn Items, Fashion Masks, Underwear and Socks
- There will be no refunds for returns made after 30 days from invoice.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, except for FINAL SALE items, you have 30 days from the date on your invoice to request a full refund of the purchased price.
Returns will only be accepted, if the items are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags, and are returned with the invoice.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
For BOGO promotions(Buy one get one), if you return the full priced item the discount applied to the other item will be deducted from the original priced item and that is what would be refunded to you. If the discounted item is returned the price paid for that item would be what you get refunded.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 Business Days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a Return/Exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.)
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer service support team (email@example.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
In the event you must return your items, please carefully read the following instructions to ensure the return process is as easy and smooth for you as possible.

When shipping your items back to us for a return, please allow 5-7 business days from when your return is received and processed by us for your refund to be credited to your account.
You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you, but we strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as: UPS, Fed Ex or certain kinds of USPS services like “USPS Tracking”) to ensure your return arrives safely to us.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
